Absinthe Mojito
1 ounce absinthe
1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
2 tablespoons sugar
10 mint leaves
1 lime rind
Club soda
In a glass muddle lime juice, sugar, mint leaves and lime rind. Add absinthe and stir. Fill glass with crushed ice and top off with club soda. ¡Salud! |
